The tour operator Northeast arranged our tour in a very phased manner taking care of itinerary, the Chauffeur was always on time with very clean vehicles. The Hotel Alpine Retreat was very good with e (Read More)xcellent food and staff. Would thank the operator was this lovely arrangement, it's worth the service rendered.

I WAS ON THE TOUR OF NORTHEAST FROM 21ST APRIL TO 30TH APRIL 2023. THE HOTELS PROVICED WERE OF LOW QUALITY AND DIRTY ROOMS.

When my husband worked out such a long trip, I was wondering if it would be worthwhile. I need not have worried. Mr Vikash and Mr Mantosh, worked out a wonderful itinerary with good hotels, drivers an (Read More)d best of all , gave perfect advice for food and sight seeing. The drivers too were well informed and helpful. I am already planning another trip with Northeast Tours !!!!

Amazing hospitality and awesome overall experience. The itinerary was drafted professionally and right from start the communication channel was appreciable. There wasn't one instance where our phone c (Read More)all was not responded or appropriately handled. Kudos to each one of your team to make our vacation memorable. 7 Day Tour of Darjeeling & Gangtok

We, family of 9, went on a 7 day’s tour to Darjeeling & Gangtok. This tour was arranged by North East Tours represented by Mr. Kamesh. 1. Kamesh ji have us a very nice itenary covering all the key p (Read More)laces. The itenary was nicely spaced out always dropping us back in the hotel by 4:30 pm which gave us time to relax. Kamesh ji was always available for us through out the trip on both phone and wats app which was very helpful. 2. Hotels: The hotel provided in Darjeeling “Udaan Himalayan Suites” was the best we have ever stayed in. Rooms, food with live quality music were too good. We were surprised that such a big hotel was purely vegetarian. Hotel staff were too cordial and ever smiling. The hotel provided at Gangtok was above average. 3.Drivers: we had around 5-6 drivers. All of them were well behaved and soft spoken which was not the case with our previous trips. They were well aware of all the routes. 4. Other agents: All the other agents were always in touch with us and ensured that that was no delays or minimal delays which extremely good. 5. I will definitely recommend North East Tours to all my friends.

I was connect with ksmeshwar ...he is a good person ...they give us very nice service hotel was very nice darjeeling hotel anutree hill resort .was awesome totally they give us very nice service n res (Read More)ponce ..bus ek baar hamari pase ko lekar baat bigdi ...lekin us par in logo ne bahut hi kharab responce diya bole ki saara payment trip complete hone se do din pahle ..hamne kha last day ..lekjn uspar bshut jyada bahas aur behaviour ajeeb ho gya tha ...par lastly szb thik ho gya ...otherwise they give us very good service car n hotel all ..
