Sir/Madam, The journey to Jammu and Srinagar by our family was wonderful in many ways. Initially we had our own apprehensions and the tour operator has arranged the accommodation at different places i (Read More)ncluding Srinagar and other places in an excellent manner. The transport arrangement and the driver in particular was very cordial and very skilled in mountain driving which put us in very comfortable situation. Also Sri Amir Bilal interacted with us in a nice manner including my children and was very caring enough to accede to our requests. At all the places we had a comfortable and joyful stay and the vegetarian food available was also of good quality. I thank one and all of your staff including Zaima the tour co-ordinator for all the excellent arrangements made. She was almost on all days contacted us and enquired about our well being and tour arrangements. We have carried back the nice memories of J&K tour and this will be staying with us for a long time. We group of 11-12 family with would like to thank Qurat for her professionalism and standing up in difficult situation with quick hotel change options in Pahalgam.
We planned 7 nights and 8 days pla (Read More)n for Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam.
On way to Pahalgam one of the kid fell sick and Qurat has helped going out of the way in getting hospitals and support at hospital arranged.
We would highly recommend Odyssey travels with Mr. Mushtaq guidance the team has made our tour awesome and filled with good memories.

Poor Taxi Facility, Paid for super-delux but provided deluxe rooms in Srinagar
We paid Mustaq from Odyssey travel a good amount so that we can get good taxi facilities, good Hotel. We paid for Super deluxe rooms but Hotel was not having super deluxe rooms when we visit there. Th (Read More)ere was poor water services and no man power to provide us services, neither in restaurant not in room.
We got Innova taxies on spot to take us but they have not carried our luggage so we have to pay to coolie there.
Not recommended at all. Spent in lakhs but not happy at all

Please if you ever planing to Jammu trip you must go with this agency. I also belongs to the same industries and I learn a lots of things from them and I must say that the localities of Jammu Srinagar (Read More) and Gulmarg area is just awesome ans very kind hearted. Our experience with Odyssey tours was rather sultry. I visited Kashmir from December 24th to 29th along with my family. But quite contrary to my expectation the journey didn't reach the benchmark as t (Read More)he vehicle and the driver they provided were horrible. A trip is made more enjoyable when the driver fully cooperates with us by explaining even the minutest detail of their place and taking us to all the places mentioned in the itinerary. But this very driver lacked the enthusiasm for the Same thus we missed Pahalgam sight seeing, Gulmarg and Sonmarg. All that the driver used to say is a stereotyped answer they are all closed even though that was not the reality. When I contacted Mushtaq to raise my concern, he was shouting at the to of his voice and denied to resolve the issues. More over my demand to reduce the rate for in exploitable places, literally he was reluctant for the same. Don't prefer this travels fo your future trips as he is a man who doesn't keep up his words. Don't prefer this travels ?

He is such a nice person & throughout the way, he guided us on what to do & what not to do. Which all places we have to visit for getting best experience.
