Sir/Madam, The journey to Jammu and Srinagar by our family was wonderful in many ways. The transport arrangement and the driver in particular was very cordial and very skilled in mountain driving which put us in very comfortable situation. Also Sri Amir Bilal interacted with us in a nice manner including my children and was very caring enough to accede to our requests. At all the places we had a comfortable and joyful stay and the vegetarian food available was also of good quality. I thank one and all of your staff including Zaima the tour co-ordinator for all the excellent arrangements made. She was almost on all days contacted us and enquired about our well being and tour arrangements. We have carried back the nice memories of J&K tour and this will be staying with us for a long time. We group of 11-12 family with would like to thank Qurat for her professionalism and standing up in difficult situation with quick hotel change options in Pahalgam.

On way to Pahalgam one of the kid fell sick and Qurat has helped going out of the way in getting hospitals and support at hospital arranged.
We would highly recommend Odyssey travels with Mr. Mushtaq guidance the team has made our tour awesome and filled with good memories.

Poor Taxi Facility, Paid for super-delux but provided deluxe rooms in Srinagar
We paid Mustaq from Odyssey travel a good amount so that we can get good taxi facilities, good Hotel. We paid for Super deluxe rooms but Hotel was not having super deluxe rooms when we visit there. Th (Read More)ere was poor water services and no man power to provide us services, neither in restaurant not in room.
We got Innova taxies on spot to take us but they have not carried our luggage so we have to pay to coolie there.
Not recommended at all. Spent in lakhs but not happy at all

Please if you ever planing to Jammu trip you must go with this agency. Last month I visited jammu and kashmir for a week. It was such a pleasent experience hosted by Odyssey Tours & Travels throught out the tour.

Booked tour of Kashmir through Odyssey Travels in the 2nd week of October,2023 for a week. Hotels provided in the itinerary were superb. Recentally I had finished my Kashmir trip with Odessey Tours & Travels. It was such a wonderful experience as they organized trip very well in all forms.
The resort they gave was very clean and the at (Read More)mosphere was like home.The food was also like our own home.
The transportation was up to the mark.
We were alloted swift car that was in very good condition similar like new car. The pilot of our car Mr. Fazil Majeed was like litter brother and so much co-operative through out the tour.

When I was frantically looking for a trustworthy travel agency and making incessant calls to so many agencies in Kolkata as usually done by the tourists in West Bengal, a friend of mine (teaching in a (Read More) college at Srinagar) recommended Odyssey Travels and I immediately accepted since I trust that friend more than I trust myself.
Our tour to Kashmir and Leh-Ladakh was excellently arranged by the team comprising mainly Mustaq Bhai and Miss Saima. Except some initial problems everything else was wonderfully planned.
The hotels were the best of the kind, breakfast and dinner were quite excellent and up to the taste and the transport arrangement was more than we expected with some well-behaved and exceedingly cooperating drivers.
Miss Saima has been so caring and so much concerned about us. We always had a homely feeling in talking to her.
Mustaq Bhai has been very polite and helpful all the while.
Last but not the least is the financial part. At such a rate one can't expect such a lavish arrangement.
I would always recommend Odyssey Travels for such a tour.
