Recently we booked the Goa package to celebrate our anniversary. We got their reference from one of the advertisement via Instagram.
While booking the package we already communicated them we will pay (Read More) the amount in 2 splits (50% advance and 50% on day before checkout). They agreed to this hence I proceeded with the booking by paying 8500 in advance. They were very friendly before the booking. Also they agreed to provide early check-in at hotel as we were supposed to reach 4 hours early.
They have provided an average hotel Goa blossom resort. This was an average hotel.
They have 3 hotels together and dinning area is common.
Onnmytrip will provide you only this options.
Breakfast and dinner was normal.
Food was spicy.
On reaching Hotel, the receptionist was very rude and he was not allotting the room and asking us to contact onnmytrip. They haven't communicated to them regarding to our payment and check-in details.
After 40 mins and few calls we got our room that also after paying early check-in Rs.750/-.
Really bad experience during check-in. We didn't expected that.
On the second day we had the north sightseeing plan as per the itinerary the cab driver came and before start of the trip he told today there is political event and we need to complete the trip by 2pm. He showed us only 3 points though we had planned for 6 spots as per itenary. He told he will cover most of the things in next day during South Goa trip.
On third day South Goa trip, we discussed about today's spots and he told we need to complete today before 6 pm or he will charge Rs.300 per hour after 6. He covered one temple and 2 churches and Miramar beach.
Dona Paula, Mandovi cruise point, Panjim Market were not covered as it was already 5 pm.
We asked him to show para coconut tree which was only 4-5kms. He said we can visit that during hotel check out as it was on the way. He told he will ask his colleague to show that on check out day.
On the checkout day we asked onnmytrip for driver at 9 am so we can cover that coconut road but the driver didn't showed up till 9.45am.
The other driver came and took directly to station without answering our question why he came late.
For all the spots during 2 days driver took Rs.100 as the parking fee and didn't provided any receipt as well.
Also on second day their sales team will call you, text you to pay the pending amount without. I was about to clear their payment but due to bad check-in experience I was delaying as we need to experience their site seeing tour.
At last I could feel it was not an good idea to book my package with onnmytrip. They have different persons communicating with you.

And if you need any information about cabs they will ask you to call driver directly.
The one star rating is only because we don't have 0 star.
Luckily I covered my travel on 1st day via rent bike. And that was the only day we enjoyed.
It's better to book hotels own and for sightseeing hire local can rather than getting harassed for the payment calls.
We cleared all pending amount on second day as we don't want to spoil our anniversary day.
