The safari was unforgettable I saw the big cats ,it was thrilling our guide was very cooperative extremely knowledgeable as well as well passionate about wild life

from booking the safari, we received little to no information about where we were being picked up, when, and who, we had to repeatedly phone and message the company ti (Read More)ll we were picked up.
the car we were taken in was absolutely horrid. every single surface was coated in dirt and dust, no care taken in the maintenance of the vehicle. even the windows had some brown liquid splashed on them, another sign of their lack of care with the car. Additionally, the right side mirror on the car was completely missing!! how can we be expected to be safe and enjoy our ride when the most basic of car functions is not being met. the doors didnt open correctly and when the air conditioning was turned on dust and dirt came out of every vent.
if that wasnt enough, the driver could not speak hindi, which is fine if they knew the passengers were gujurati but they knew we were not, making communication with the driver almost impossible. the experience we booked was to go to was the kankai jungle to see lions for 4 hours, we assumed the driver knew this however half way through the 4 hour journey we found that the driver was taking us to a temple in the forest despite telling him multiple times that we were not going there. this was more of a mistake on the managements side as the driver told us that he was instructed to take us to the temple.
We talked to Mr. Vivek when booking the safari who did not communicate with us about information regarding our safari and when we expressed our disappointment with the rest of the experience, we were told from Mr Vivek that he would get back to us on what could be done in terms of compensation and rectification but we have received no such correspondence.
Overall, we are very disappointed with the management and organisation of this company and did not think it was an experience worth the price we paid.
