Honestly, the experience with Rucksack Adventure was a mess from start to finish. I was really looking forward to exploring Manali and Kasol, but the entire trip felt like a disaster.
First of all, (Read More) the driver had a terrible attitude—constantly rude and acting like he was doing us a favor. He barely interacted with us, and whenever he did, it was with an annoyed tone.
The travel experience itself wasn’t great either. The itinerary was poorly organized, and it felt like they were just winging it half the time. We ended up wasting so much time because of their lack of planning. And when we did finally get to certain places, the whole vibe was rushed, like they just wanted to check places off a list rather than give us time to actually enjoy them.
Accommodation was mediocre at best, and there was little to no support from the Rucksack team when things went wrong. Any time we tried to reach out for help or had questions, we were either ignored or given vague answers.
This trip was far from the adventure I was hoping for. Wouldn’t recommend Rucksack Adventure to anyone looking for a positive travel experience in Manali and Kasol.

We had a well-organized trip with Rucksack Adventures covering Rishikesh, Haridwar, Mussoorie, and Jim Corbett. The accommodations and transportation were handled efficiently, and the driver ensured a (Read More) smooth journey. While we couldn’t spot a tiger in Jim Corbett, I’d recommend Rajaji National Park as a more convenient alternative for similar experiences.
Bhavna and Vikas from the team were proactive in checking in with us and accommodating our needs throughout the trip, which was appreciated. For first-time travelers or families, their support in planning and execution can be very helpful. Overall, a good experience with satisfactory service. I traveled with my parents, and seeing them happy and satisfied was the highlight of the trip for me.
Had a great experience with Rucksack and to specially mentioned it was Vikas who managed all the things during trip and Mamta for panning the wonderful package. It was my first time with these people (Read More)but definitely not the last one. Thanks for the giving us the wonderful memories guys.

Need to be some improvement in food qualit (Read More)y in , hotel should have option refined wheat.or fine weat because Meda is not good for me they don't have choice against meda
Also non veg not available in hotel
In hotel guest service quality is not good they don't have time provide to hot water also tea kettle not available in room if we need hot water that time we don't have any option
I am little bit upset because of white mountain hotel service for guests
