I was travelling to Thailand alone but in a group from Delhi whereas I belong to chandigarh. When I reached Bangkok there was no one to receive or guide me but somehow after the visa hustle and bustle (Read More) for hours in queues somehow on the Airport I came to meet some people who were supposed to be of this group and we were transported to Pattaya after midnight with no food and dirty boarding and lodging. There was no option of food for vegetarians other than eating eggs and bread for three days it was a mere torture with no place to eat and no one to guide you or help you in an unknown place... after those three days they transported us to Bangkok in a hotel which was around 20 km from the city central with no transportation and no one to assist you .. the airconditioners in the Motel were not working and the staff of the Hotel were not co-operative at all. .we kept calling up the customer care people whose nos. had been given in the itinery but they would not pick up their phones.we were literally on our own...it was a very very disappointing trip and I would like to tell one and all that never book a trip with these people ...they are cheats and thugs
Very Bad experience
Never book a holiday tour from them..they wont trust you for payment but expect us to trust them..paid all the amount 10 days in advance and then the tour driver of our bus on the penultimate day refu (Read More)sed to drop us at our hotel after sightseeing, sighting the reason as non receival of payment.... He hold us at ransom for over 1 and half hrs and when contacted back to shipra travels all i got in return was asking for one minute and two minute waiting period.Many more faults throughout the tour were there everyday which we neglected since we did not want to spoil our trip but the one on penultimate day was a horrible experience especially for the small kids and women present with us. No humanity shown at all from the driver named rajveer singh.He just kept driving us throughout the city without stoppage..we had to threaten him with police and den he agreed to stop..bad management from shipra since i had paid full money to them....Me and my full family shud nt have been held ransom.Will never ever book a tour from them.they are bothered only till the time u are about to pay them...henceforth u would have to call 'n' number of times for vouchers and they wont even bother to ask if the trip is going on fine...Since we had to leave the next day for mumbai we skipped filing a police complaint on shipra travels (palak gupta) and the driver...Did not expect such hospitality from Punjab...Had it been Mumbai all these would have been behind bars... Book at your own risk....

Please accept our apologies for the services you have received.
On looking into this matter we have concluded that there was a confusion between the transport owner and driver (Read More)which was sorted out with- in an hour of your call.
Basis the above, you were dropped at your hotel as was confirmed for you in your booking.
It is unfortunate that you faced this issue on the second last day of your trip. We apologize once again.
We have taken this matter up with the respective transporter once again and he has assured us that this will not occur again with any other guest.
Hope you view this as an isolated incident and give us the opportunity to assist you with another holiday.
