It was very bad experience
The most weird and rude travel agents we came across. They have no- sense of responsibility and have no curtsy to even help who booked with them such a big package. The agents are rude and most irresp (Read More)onsible travel company. Booked a char dham Yatra for my In- laws and we came across with many problems. Won't advise anyone to book with them.

Our family recently had the most incredible trip to Manali, all thanks to Shivalik Holiday Trips. From the beginning to the end, their agency provided exceptional service and went (Read More) above and beyond to ensure our trip was hassle-free and enjoyable.
One of the things that impressed us the most was the proactive approach of the agency. They had everything arranged before we even arrived in Manali, including booking all the hotels and assigning a dedicated driver for our entire trip. This level of organization made our journey smooth and worry-free.
Speaking of our driver, he deserves a perfect rating of 10/10. Not only was he friendly and supportive, but he also displayed excellent discipline and manners throughout the trip. He guided us meticulously during all the sightseeing activities, from recommending the best places to eat and shop to providing important instructions for adventurous activities. His presence truly enhanced our overall experience.

While the hospitality and facilities at the hotel in Shimla were excellent during our one-night stay, we faced some disappointment with the hotel in Manali. Despite its high rating of over 4 stars, the staff's response to our complaints and their overall hospitality did not meet our expectations. It is important to note, however, that this issue was not the fault of Shivalik Holiday Trips but rather the hotel itself.
Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Shivalik Holiday Trips and, in particular, Neha mam for making our trip a memorable one. We return home with wonderful memories and highly recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Manali.
