Trip to Mahabaleshwar
Starting with the drivers and the vehicle were excellent. The company is very helpful at each stage with very good communication skills. The accommodation was booked as per our suggestion and everythi (Read More)ng was great.
The only one thing we didn't approve was that the driver as a local guide for Mahabeleshwar was not upto the mark.

Trip to Goa
Traveller and Lonavala hotel were bad. Mumbai and Mahabaleshwar hotels were good
Trip to Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani
The traveller was not good and different from the video/image shown before booking.
Hotel in lonavala was very very bad. Amenities, behaviour of hotel staff and cleaning, all were very bad.
There (Read More)was no guide. Traveller driver was not skilled and unknown to the destinations. Each time we had to guide him for everything.

First sorry for this inconvenience. But this our customer informing me want budget trip so giving budget hotels . Otherwise good budgets hotes also recommended . This customer total 12 ppl, giving 5 (Read More) night , 6 days package, From jaipur to Lonawala, mumbai & Mahabaleshwar with including return flights, 17 Seater traveler , hotels stay , all sightseeing in just only Per Pax 19,500 only . So according budget giving hotels also so issues there .

Goa trip was good, enjoyed 4 nights. It was very nice, well arranged. The hotel was neat and clean. The hotel staff was supportive except for breakfast items, regular cook was not available so in-hous (Read More)e staff prepared the food as a research dish.The car & driver was very good. The driver was so polite and supportive.
But he was not aware about Goa. He went there first time. So we missed in-between places as well as renowned places. Finding the hotels for lunch and dinner was quite difficult. Hence we missed having fish at Goa. Few more places need to be covered as there was sufficient time to explore like a wax museum, big foot museum, dudhsagar waterfall etc. As the driver was new to the road we visited the same location twice.Overall trip was good.
