Most pathetic services.???????? I have booked trip for Nepal and it was biggest mistake. Naveen Agarwal is just concerned about Money only.In what’s group they ignored our messages for problems and ev (Read More)ery time just asked for payments only. Both the drivers Sunil Kumar and Sonu Kumar are very rude and used abusive language while driving in front of small children and family and befooled us. Every single day drivers are arguing and I faced issues regarding Hotels, cabs. They DESTROYED our holidays. Cab windows were not working. Hotel rooms are dirty and bathroom was used. I urge everyone that please take this feedback very seriously before booking. They will ruin your holidays. Never ever book Swaminarayan tour and travels.?????? Everyone don’t book your trip with them. Your money will be wasted and you won’t enjoy your trip . It was worst experience of my life.
