The accommodations were at 4-star hotels, each e (Read More)quipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The transportation throughout Bali was also excellent— we had a dedicated 5-seater vehicle, along with a driver who also served as our tour guide, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the entire trip. I don't have any issues to report, as everything went smoothly and as expected.

If you want to have worst ever trip in your life, there is no better option than this. They only care about money, will act like they are listening to customer but to no help. Food and hotels were pat (Read More)hetic. Would just keep pestering you for payment, once payment is done then you are on you own. Have been to several domestic and international trips, never had such bad experience

I had planned my vacation plan with insight trip although I was new to it. Everything was planned very well. We had conversation with Neha 15 to 20 days before our trip. She attended our calls till la (Read More)st day and she thought of everything before our trip started and it was managed very well. There were situations where things were out of control but she handled it very calmly. Till last day she was there until outs trip got ended. Overall we had a great trip and may be in future I can think of again planning with Insight trips. Thank you One thing which I didn't like was. It was mainly I had problems in Nainital. Rather than having a stay in Bhimtal . Stay should be there in Nainital because most of the tourist places is in Nainital. Every night going back to bhimtal was hectic. I lost almost 2 to 3 hrs everyday. Secondly driver should be experienced and he should have complete knowledge of where we are travelling. This will help us to visit more and more places in less time.

Overall the trip is good. Will mark the hotels quality as 4 star. Haridwar hotel is very good. Driver of tempo traveller is also good. Price of trip is also not high as compared to other trips

Driver uncle Sunny ji bhi humko bohot acche mile the .. unhone bhi humko cooperate kiya hai acche se .. So yes I can say that Insight Trip se hi domestic package karvana .. Food through out the trip was so bad, only dal chawl, aloo matar ki sabzi, once reached Kedarnath in between a horrible snow storm they left me with an abusive caretaker of Kedarnath Camps with my ful (Read More)l family. I will not recommend others to avail any kind of logistics from Insight Trips. Worst experience ever

Go with another Travel Agency but never ever Trust this people.

Hi I have visited to Kashmir with my family in the month of Jan with INSIGHT TRIP, Munshi and Shahana were assisting us. To be honest they arranged everything for us. Hotels were good overall trip wa (Read More)s good. In the end our flight got cancelled aur refund amount supposed to get Munshi because he booked our flight tickets,the fellow guy Munshi gave pathetic hotel to stay and left us all alone. Then he started fighting with us at the end when we asked him to arranged something. He promised that he will return our money after giving him numerous call he didn't return our money.Also Shahana didn't help us she got disappear in the end. So please never ever Trust INSIGHT TRIP they will leave you all alone if anything bad happens. Me and My Family were stuck in Kashmir which was new place for us. Go with another Travel Agency but never ever Trust this people.
