am short of words in praise of Tourist delight. I had booked package a month ago through them. On tour my son got unwell the way they had helped us during the tough times is comendable . We were grou (Read More)p of 5 ladies, but their team n owner stood with us like our own family. In the middle of night they came and took us to hospital although hotel cab was there but their owner took us in their personal cab and even arranged doctor for us. I have literally no words to appreciate their work . Once we came back to our home still they remind in constant touch with us . Thank you n kudos for efforts. This is best agent one could get they literally take care of their guest as family they make you feel family the way the took pains and making us comfortable is beyond words to express.

This long review is to help you make a informed choice of touring with tourist delight. Me and my husband planned our honeymoon from the 3rd of august un (Read More)til 9th and to say the least it was the WORST experience we could have. The driver was suppose to pick us up in the morning at 6 am. We are exhausted with lot of travel so we INFORMED to the number given to us by Safoora( apparently manager) that we can only come by 7 am. Due to miscommunication from their end the driver waited from 6 am and was furious at us early in the morning. He started to shout and scream on the road stating he s been waiting for 1 hour- though we explained saying we had informed and we are completely unaware of his arrival. Post which we were on our way to sonmarg and he drove so rashly we felt like we are in some sort of a goddamn race just because he was pissed at us. Worst behaviour from the driver. The same evening I informed safoora I needed a different driver because I absolutely don’t feel safe and felt disrespected by the driver. She said ok but for the next two days it was the same driver. When we reached pahalgam they sent a different driver who thinks it’s cool to drive by looking at the phone and playing YouTube in one hand and drinking juice in another all while driving at 80-100 speed on a highway. We reached baisaran valley and the driver had connections with the horse guys and the horse guy quoted us 13,000 for 2 horses which is ridiculous and the driver specially suggested we go with the same horse vendor( so that he can pocket his commision) but we chose not to do the ride altogether. He also told us that the only way we could see pahalgam was also ONLY through horses but after a couple of hours changed his statement to- you can take a car but it will cost 5-6000 while in reality it is less than 3000( I had done my own research for the same and was not informed about this even remotely Atleast about the PRICE BRACKET from tourist delight). The next days noticing this unruly behaviour we requested him to drop us at main pahalgam taxi stand to take the union vehicle he refused and stopped elsewhere. Forcing us to take a taxi ONLY from there and he REFUSED to leave from there. We found it very odd and felt he is again doing this for commission, by then he started screaming at us, in front of everyone in the taxi stand calling us”BADMAASH and BATAMEEZ” saying we don’t trust him and think he is not being righteous. Which was very much a fact- given his previous actions. Pointing his finger at me and screaming like I did something wrong. He was just really angry that he is not been able to loot us in any given On an other end the person who is the agent for the driver is shouting at the top of his voice on my husband saying he can’t show pahalgam twice ( while we haven’t even seen it once). The taxi guys stopped the fight n we immediately took the union vehicle and left. This completely spoilt our mood. But I had told her the next day we were leaving for the airport drop send someone else. She agreed. The next morning the SAME driver calls us saying he is dropping us- me and my husband felt extremely unsafe around him, due his words, actions most importantly his RECKLESS driving. And the management of tourist delight doesn’t give a damn. Safoora tells me it’s moharram there are restrictions so we can’t change the driver-
Wait a minute ? I wonder is this very first moharram in Kashmir?
As a travel agent who MANAGES travel are you not aware of the restrictions in your own state?
As someone who is suppose to help us reach safely- even after telling time and again that we don’t feel safe- COULD NOT ARRANGE a driverjust for a airport drop?
And she started screaming at me too. And me and my husband TOOK AN AUTO PAYING OUR OWN MONEY TO THE AIRPORT!!!!!!
On the whole we had a rough time. Every day some or other issue. Book with them at your OWN RISK. The hotels were fine because i selected and did not take their suggestions of the same they only booked what I had told.
Amazing service, Memorable trip and Satisfied customers

Each and every arrangements made during the entire trip was commendable and extraordin (Read More)ary. Accommodation, logistics, sight seeing guidance was well planned and coordinated. Not even at a single point I felt bad or miserable for choosing tourist delight. I would strongly recommend this tourist operator to all my friends who are planning for a trip to Kashmir. They have never gone down from their standards and policies and kept up the promise. Though I had language problems, I felt home away from home at Kashmir due to the help / support provided by Safura madam and Sana madam. Right from the time of planning my trip I could feel the extra professional way they handled the trip and helped me to have life time memorable trip...This strongly exhibits that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is their primary motto and they have proven it at last...Kudos to Tourist Delight. Bestest trip ever
Believe me they are the best trip planners, the way they planned my trip was commendable. Being 7 months pregnant I travelled kashmir in December 2022. Earlier my husband was bit skeptical about (Read More)kashmir but I want our babymoon in kashmir so anyway we got in touch with Tourist delight , the way they explained me whole with all the pro active information shows they really kmow their business n dealing with prego's mood swing is something that I can't explain. But they really did a commendable job . While on tour they call me almost twice a day to check on me that really touched me most, the way they care is beyond words to explain. Thank you a memorable trip.
