Trip to Bikaner, Chittorgarh, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur

Thanks for the well planned trip.
Here is our review for the benefit of other travellers and you (to improve)
- Felt cost bit higher compared to other operators after (Read More)meeting other tourists
- There was misinterpretation of user rating of hotel , we wanted 3* hotel and you booked hotels where users rated them *** . But you charged us for 3* hotel
- Out of 5 hotel - 1 hotel was good (udaipur) - 2 average (Jaipur and Pushkar) - 2 below average - (Jodhpur and Desert camp - dusty rooms, leaking bathrooms , etc bed / pillows / blankets were stinky not washed in both the places)
- Despite raising an alarm that Jodhpur hotel may not be good , u didn't take action
- Considering 8 hours spent in vehicle daily, vehicle could've been more comfortable. It was too hot and sunny , there were no curtains. You knew that we r travelling with kids.
- Driver should be friendly and accommodative
- Major attraction for kids was DESERT CAMP. I kept telling that , you increased the package price saying you are booking a very good one but it was average not even 2*. The owner accidentally revealed the price to us and we were shocked when we compared to what was charged to us.

Many thanks for your review. We Treat this Review to improve our services in future and will do apply for other future guests. Cost may be vary one to other. But (Read More) there would be many concern. Like running of vehicle. Choice of hotels, Travel duration ( Dussera). Ect. So please don’t compare to others.
You massage me the day you arrive Jaipur for Jodhpur Hotel (Madhuram Royale.) And of course we assure about the services. Also in same time request to inform us once you face any problem/difficulties in hotels or vehicle. But I didn’t receive a single call or massage regarding the driver or hotels . Whereas we were keep in touch with you from the beginning. All the time we get a message “ everything is fine”. Atleast we should get a chance to serve you better during the journey. We felt bad that despite of upgradation and so many communications we didn’t make you happy.
We didn’t charge anything extra for Desert camp from you before booking. It was same from the beginning. In desert camp the front office manager might ask you about the balance payment. That’s not full amount. And Somehow they won’t be able to meet your expectation. This is the first luxury camp in desert we use for our premium guest like you. We never get any complaint before. We decided to change the camp for sure.
Please note by transport rules curtain on vehicle window is not allowed in North India. It is punishable offence after Nirvaya Incidents. All our vehicle are commercial. We can’t take risk. I know it was long drive but sorry for this inconvenience.
We never use this driver in future.
