Very poor experience

Hi
I am a frequent traveler and this was the first time I had booked a full package with Travel Heights. There were many instances where I got to experience your poor services:
1. We had to trave (Read More)l on 20th August and one of the persons didnt have his visa in hand till 20th morning. Just imagine the anxiety one must be going through with all the bookings already done. All calls regarding this went unanswered. Honestly, I felt your response rate is inversely proportional to the pace of payment received from the client.
3. The hotel voucher stated that checkin time at the hotel is 3:00 pm while we were to reach there at 8: 00 am. While cross checking with the vendor, we were told that this has been taken care of, but whoa...when we reach after an overnight journey at the reception we are told to wait in the hotel lobby till 3:00 pm. I need not mention what all emotions one must have encountered at that time.
4. There was a place where we had to shell out 16$ from our pocket (which shouldnt have been the case as everything was paid off well in advance). When we shared this information and its bill with the vendor, his responded that he will take this up. Though I was glad that atleast he replied going by the past instances, I still await any update on the same. I do not want to run after you guys for this petty amount, but this just reflects the level of ownership.
5. The itinerary stated that we could avail cable car ride at a place named Sentosa Islands. However, we couldnt as we were told that this can be availed only if tickets are purchased from their counters and ours was an online discounted purchase. This information was also brought to the notice of vendor to which there has been no acknowledgement till date
Honestly, its not about the money but the overall experience. Not bothering about your customer's issues, not responding after receiving payments are traits which demonstrate your lack of sensitivity. Given the kind of industry you are in, I am pretty much sure with more such experiences pouring in what will be the growth trajectory.

First of all I would like to apologies what ever has happened, Kindly find the below answers according to your points.!
1) Visa Is all depends upon Singapore embassy This is not our concern (Read More) we always answer your calls and replied you on e-mails, Only 1 passenger visa got late rest 6 passenger got there visa's before 5 days from the travel date, we delivered the visa before your departure day, Even though on our company Terms and conditions we have clearly mentioned that Visa is all depends upon Embassy we are only applying your visa on Passengers behalf.!
3) Regarding the Hotel Check in time, as per your statement you are a frequent traveler you must know about the check in and check out time of the hotel, even though on voucher as well the check in and check out time is clearly mentioned on our voucher which we have shared with you on your 2nd payment day, also Mr Ankit Lingwal has shared with you all the check in and check out details prior booking, we have passed remarks to hotel for early check in but its all depends upon hotel availability.!
4) Regarding refund of 16$ kindly share your bank details with us we will definitely refund you this amount.
5) In our itinerary sentosa island inside cable car ride was the part of your package on which you have provided us go-ahead then only we have booked everything accordingly, we had given you the inside cable car ride, also that was cleared to your husband on call before departure that only inside cable car is included not the outside cable car which starts from city to sentosa island.!
We always answered your calls, even though Miss Prianka ( General Manager ) she was in touch with you personally regarding your holiday plan, Still we apologies what ever issues comes in front of you, We had provided each and everything whatever we had commented, We had provided you 4 Contact details for any emergency and we always answer your each and every call, It may happen we missed 1-2 calls just because is someone's phone is not with that person but always we called you back at the same time.!
