We found Travel & Links through Tripcrafters. We worked closely with Travel & links in terms of setting the itineraries, hotels as the entire package was very expensive. We didn't want any su (Read More)rprises once we reached there. Our flight from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro was pre-poned and as soon as we sent the message our pick ups were changed. We did not have to worry about anything. Tanzania was the best experience of our entire trip. We still don't realize how those 6 days were spent. Would only make changes in the stay at Arusha. The Arumeru lodge as such was alright but after the service we received at Sopa lodges this was falling quite short on our expectations. South Africa was also well organized. The things we did not like cannot be blamed at Travel & Links as it not in their hands: that the people in the restaurants we were booked at were not as understanding specifically & only Raj in Suncity. Kenya section would not recommend for a day in Nairobi. That was the only setback, as the car given was not good: an old fashioned van. People were friendly and nice. Would recommend that on return flights just take the ones which make you reach home the fastest. As for the service received by Travel & Links in Mumbai was exceptional and the their counterparts in both Tanzania & South Africa & Kenya were also good. We would recommend them and also contact Travel & Links for our future travels also. Thanks for making this holiday memorable!!!
