We were just able to relax knowing that our super host, Agus, had all the details taken care of-coordinating group activities and recommending the best local spots. Regarding the North Sikkim tour (Read More), we'd like to address a few important points: Fare Difference: At the time of your flight booking on September 1st, there was a fare difference of INR 4,490 (for 07 Travelers) due to the dynamic nature of flight prices, which are beyond our control. Before confirming the booking, we made multiple calls and communicated the updated cost to you, for which we have records. You provided your approval to proceed, and we completed the booking accordingly. Package Cost: The total cost of your package was INR 2,21,028. We have a record of calls and WhatsApp messages where we discussed the details, and you confirmed that everything was acceptable. Unfortunately, there was a delay from your end in clearing the dues despite multiple reminders, and this put additional pressure on our operations. Additional Payment: We kindly ask you to share proof of the additional INR 30,000 payment you mentioned so we can investigate and resolve any misunderstandings. We always aim to work transparently and fairly, and we do not engage in practices that could compromise our clients' experience. Our Commitment: Our team, including Pradeep from Operations, is dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience for our travelers. Excellent experience with TravelOcat booking a Bali trip for my family, including my parents, and other senior citizens from our apartment society-a group of 41 senior citizens in all. I had searched (Read More)for a month, spoken to over 15 agents, and finally got connected with Kevin, who impressed me with his knowledge and confidence. He provided us with just what we needed; he even sent a photo of the vehicle in advance-Toyota Hiace. The driver was very friendly, and they even gave us two SIM cards free so that we might keep in contact from India. My parents did not utter a single word of complaint during the journey-a fact that speaks volumes about their service. When our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali was delayed, Pardeep intervened and confirmed another flight within 30 minutes. This was despite the airline in question initially refusing assistance at the airport. Absolutely commendable! TravelOcat is really quite knowledgeable about Bali. Most agents I spoke with lacked the insights Kevin had, especially regarding itineraries. What's more, whereas others would waste much precious time traveling all the way from Kuta for North Bali tours, Kevin wisely recommended Ubud so as to make the most of our time. We had a brilliant North Bali tour with TravelOcat, consisting of dolphin watching, visiting Handara Gate and Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, and Gitgit Waterfall and Wanagiri Hidden Hill. Well-planned, unforgettable experience! A huge thanks to Kevin, Pardeep from operations, and Neil & Akash from Bali for all the outstanding support. What's Good: Our group of 17 adults and 5 children had a wonderful time with TravelOcat for our trip to Tirthan Valley, Kasol, and Jibhi. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Spe (Read More)cial thanks to our driver, who was super cooperative, and to Kevin and Pardeep for their exceptional support. Kevin's knowledge about every tiny detail, from dos and don'ts to the most offbeat places at these destinations, made our journey so much more enjoyable.We were surprised to get a 26-seater tempo on the spot, to which he agreed readily, while other travel agencies said it was not available. It is this flexibility and attention to detail that made the journey comfortable and hassle-free. Even when our luggage got misplaced, TravelOcat went above and beyond to help us retrieve it from Indigo.We knew from the first time around that booking everything, including airfare, through one place really pays off. TravelOcat offered really great value for money, and we are over the moon. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to TravelOcat for it was a great trip to Manali. There were 29 of us, adults from LPU Jalandhar and the hotel we stayed at, Mountain Apple Inn, was superb. For the travelling, we had two g (Read More)ood tempos from TravelOcat and our marvellous coordinators were Chetana and Daksh. When we were travelling through Manali, we had a great opportunity to meet Mr. Pardeep, TravelOcat’s exquisite host. He was very friendly and paid a lot of attention to some of the details. Also we have tried to search the prices for rafting and paragliding; it was a great pleasure to know that through TravelOcat we have received 40% discount comparing with other Web-sites. On balance, TravelOcat provided on-line services beyond our expectations: good services, great discounts and the personnel’s commitment. This I highly recommend if one wants a stress-free and enjoyable holiday!

Had gotten a reference of travel o cat from a dear friend.. and they didn’t disappoint me.. travel o cat took great care to curate a package specifically for me.. good travel planner and also made our (Read More) vacation smooth… Just a few minor blips in an over all amazing trip. We stayed in three places 1. Hotel atanaya which was ok.. room was a bit small with less elerectric points and some were not working The day trips to Ubud, mount batur,hantara gate,ulun danu temple was awesome… Was let down a bit by the scuba diving as the experience was not great Then we jumped to GILLI islands where the stay was just amazing breath taking view of the ocean and scenic beauting we stayed in Aston resorts which was just wow Pristine beach’s and underwater flora and fauna was out of this world!!! Best part of the island they have movie night every day and parties to die for!!! Then we jumped to a private pool villa for finish of our trip Over all wonderful experience for us… thanks travel o cat for it Not to be picky just don’t arrange for scuba from the beona beach guys!!!
