What's Not Good: Don't go with their package.. they never follow the commitment.. - Hotel was not booked.. changed room twice - Payment term they decide own. (Read More) - Driver is behaviour is not good and they were not supporting at all. - They don't receive phones many times - They will not allow to checkout from hotel if you not pay as they said not par decided - Many more We able enjoy only because, we have to ignore their services. If you want happy travelling. Please don't go with them. They give lots of commitment compared to other. But they don't follow this.

What's Not Good: I recently booked a trip through Travel On Ease, and I must say the experience was absolutely fantastic! A special shoutout to Kamlesh ma'am who went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless, well-organized, and affordable. Everything, from the itinerary planning to execution, was flawless. Kamlesh ma'am was incredibly professional, attentive, and quick to address any concerns. An incident that truly highlighted her dedication was when we accidentally left our wallet in a taxi. We were terrified, but Kamlesh ma'am acted swiftly and efficiently, coordinating with the local team to retrieve the wallet within just 15 minutes. Her prompt action saved us from what could have been a nightmare! The trip itself was well-curated, with great attention to detail, making it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Travel on ease and especially Kamlesh ma'am to anyone planning to visit a domestic or international destination. Thank you for such a wonderful journey!

What's Not Good: One of the hotel we stayed in was white stone resorts, this hotel’s staff were very ignorant and not so welcoming. The food was very average here. This was the drawback, apart from this everything else was perfect.

What's Not Good: The trip to Manali and Shimla was a mixed experience. Negatives: The activities offered were not worth the money spent and felt underwhelming. Communication with the travel agents was a hassle, as they were unresponsive at crucial times. Overall, while the natural beauty of the destinations made the trip worthwhile, the organizational aspects left much to be desired. I would recommend carefully choosing your travel agency and itinerary for a better experience.

What's Not Good: No proper response from travel ease. They booked worst ever hotels for us and very bad driver. We could not see any location properly in (Read More)the itinerary. Driver not aware of the location. Hotel six seasons regency in Manali is worst and the staff are rude. Sahil and Neha from Travel ease are not responsive and they disconnect our calls in the middle while communicating our problems. They never give attention to our issues. They want only money. After paying money, they don't care. I don't recommend travel ease and don't recommend holidify as well because of giving such a bad travel agency reference.

Regarding the hotel refunds, unfortunately, last-minute changes meant the hotels were unable to provide a full refund as per their policies. The partial refund received was used to arrange and extend your stay in Manali, ensuring you had accommodations during this unexpected change.
