Very bad experience. They ruined our chandigarh ,shimla, manali chandigarh tour.we booked chandigarh Airport pickup to chandigarh Airport drop taxi...for six days.including toll parking driver. We (Read More) paid all money in advance.via our tour operator. But they behave like point to point booked taxi.some ankushbhai is owner.when we say we want to go first and fresh up at hotel because chandigarh to shimla is long drive and before that flight takes own time. The driver said no first we go to mall road because it is on the way.then we go to kamna resort where we booked our stay.He says we are not going to mall road afterwords apka hotel se dur padta hai.we call our tour operator then he call him.Doily basis this thing happened. Every time we have to go this thing happened for jakhu temple he also do same tantram. In chandigarh he will not ready to go sector 17 &22 they are not tourist spot.for rohtang he charged us very high amount. So there is very long story if I write day by day .A big no for this money minting company.who doesn't know a thing about service. Don't book anything from them.I want to give them -5.But that option is not available. You are the leader in how to destroy someone's vacation.
