Most Pathetic Travel experience.

What's Good: Booking was smooth.
What's Not Good: It was the most horrible travel experience and highly unprofessional behaviour at every stage of the trip. When flights got cancelle (Read More)d due to volcano eruption in Bali, even though the all flights, hotels and flight booking platforms did 100% refund considering Natural Calamity. Travgram did not refund the amount. 100s of follow required post that for second time trip arrangement. Did not book good hotels in next booking. Pathetic customer service and on ground service during the trip. Unprofessional drivers. Even after following up for 1.5 months, no information provided for reduction in package cost due to cheaper hotel bookings. No refund provided. Not getting even receiving response by the professional or their finance team, even after multiple messages, calls and emails.

We had a lovely family holiday and everything was really well organised from Rohits side . He took care of all our visas , transfers and sightseeing , and internal flights. Apart from the painstaking (Read More) visa process everything else was really amazing and we had a superb trip . Thank you Rohit !

Awesome Experience- Andaman Trip

I first heard of Travgram through Google search and while going through the reviews, thought of trying it out. I booked for a 5 nights 6 days family trip to Andaman from 27th-1st June 2022. The whole (Read More) process, right from sending query to immediate response, assigning of the agent, sharing the whole itinerary (which is also customised to your own comfort and plans), it was an awesome experience. At first, an agent will be assigned to you to understand your travel plans and what kind of hotels (3,4,5 star) are you looking for. Then the whole itinerary will be shared with you, which can be modified as per the individual planning. After finalising the plan- the payment was made installment basis and all the details were shared with us including the ground support team for the particular location. All the information and communication with the team was done through whatsapp. All the vendors- drivers, cars and the whole team was just awesome, friendly and supportive. Overall we had an amazing experience! We now know whom to contact for our next trip :)) Thanks team for the smooth and memorable experience!

I recently booked a Bali tour through Travgram Holidays, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The entire trip was planned and executed seamlessly, making it completely hassle-free. From the (Read More) moment we landed in Bali, the executive (Mr. Rohit) from the company was in constant contact with us, ensuring that everything was on track and that we were comfortable. All our transfers, accommodations, and sightseeing were well-organized, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The team was highly professional and prompt in addressing our queries. It truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation without any stress. However, one drawback we encountered was with the food options at the hotel, especially during breakfast. As vegetarians, we found the choices quite limited and not very suitable to our dietary preferences. This caused a bit of inconvenience during our stay. Overall, though, Travgram Holidays ensured a smooth and enjoyable trip, and I would definitely recommend their services for a well-managed vacation. Just a small suggestion for them would be to coordinate with hotels to provide better vegetarian options in meals.
