First step, she came to Secunderabad from Coimbatore to brief us personally and establish rapport as we are super seniors.
We have travelled a lot, and never a travel executive ever interacted during the tour on daily basis. It was a great help to have the documents “vouchers/ Air tickets etc” required for each stage of our tour posted to the group.
