However, after making the payment, Ms. Anjali left the office, and Ms. Priyanka from your team was assigned to handle my trip. Unfortunately, I did not receive any updates or communication regarding flight details or hotel arrangements. On the day of travel, my flight was delayed, canceled, and the terminal changed from T3 to T1, but Ms. Priyanka failed to inform me of these changes. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience and confusion.
Upon arrival in Andaman, I discovered that the hotel provided was a 3-star property, not the 4-star hotel that Ms. Anjali had explicitly confirmed over the phone. I had specifically asked for a 4-star hotel suitable for couples, and Ms. Anjali assured me that all the hotels and resorts included in the package would be of 4-star quality.
When I reached out to your team for assistance, I was informed that no help could be provided because Ms. Anjali had left the office. This is not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional, as I was promised certain standards and did not receive the services I paid for.
Given the numerous false commitments and the poor handling of my trip, I request a full refund for the discrepancies and the inconvenience caused.
