TRIPEIZER AVINASH SPOILED OUR VACCATION.
We booked vacation to Dubai 7Days 6 nights thru tripeizer 3 months before travelling, employee name Avinash
is the coordinator. We now regret the choice we ma (Read More)de. AVINASH SPOILED OUR VACCATION.
I wasted my money and time by booking with tripeizer.
Before paying money check all your hotel sightseeing tickets are booked or not don’t go by Avinash words.
Note: I'm taking the time to write this review because using Tripeizer to plan a vacation shouldn't have an impact on other people.
Avinash will agree all your changes in the itinerary before paying the amount, once you paid HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING WHAT YOU ASKED.
Since I was going with my 3.5-year-old child, my first request to Avinash when I booked the trip three months in
advance was to reserve a king-size bed or to request an additional bed from the hotel. He consented, and each time
I follow up to double check, he says, "Room booked as you said." I was shocked to see how little the room was in Dubai,
with hardly enough room for the bed.
When you arrive at your destination, you will discover that Avinash has not made the changes you requested.
Avinash claimed that the cost of the package included all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary; nevertheless,
last moment of the trip he said tickets are not available for two of sightseeing (I believe this was more expensive).
While booking the trip I asked for private transfers for some sightseeing not for all,
I can understand it’s not possible for all sightseeing. As usual he agreed and provided shared transfers for all the
sightseeing for all days.
We have to wait for these shared transfers taxi drivers every day in the hotel lobby since they never arrive
on time. The entire day will be ruined by the start of the day.
For Dhow cruise, the driver dropped us 5 mins before the boat started, so we have to literally run by carrying
my kid to catch the boat. Once on board boat we didn’t got any seat and sat at some corner seats of the boat.
Informed Avinash but he couldn't do anything.
For Bruj Khalifa: my ticket booked at 8:30 pm and my wife ticked booked at 10:00 pm. They didn’t allow us we
waited till 10:00 pm and went inside wasted 1.5 hrs without doing anything.
For Abu Dhabi we requested only Ferrari world theme park, but Avinash included with others in shared transfers so
they allows only 3 hours in Ferrari world remaining time they took us to mosques which we are not interested at all, again wasted one day here.
Still more I can tell don’t have much time so ending here.
Good team, planned very well but only concern is when you this guys please confirm before only for is it individual transfers or group transfers. In group transfers drivers are arrogant and they treat (Read More) like we came for free. Rest all fine they provide good hotel actually best hotel , breakfast included , desert safari 10/5 ( excellent experience ) all are fine ill suggest them
What a great experience. I have booked only the land part from Mr. Avinash. He took care of all the timings, he booked all the hotels suggested by me. Last minute changes were very smooth. Everything (Read More)was well planned. The drivers were friendly and polite. Overall the trip went smoothly. Thanks again Avinash!
