The tour itenary planning is worst that cud have been possible...we are here to enjoy and make it memorial and wanted a hassle free tour..which was not the case here...
As per ur itenary..it was provi (Read More)ded 1 night at lachung...after check out..Zero point (not going here was non negotiable.)....otherwise what's the whole point of going to lachung...this is feedback of fellow traveller's in same hotel of Rufina Kunga...asking me how can ur tour operator be so dumb as to put only 1 night for lachung..it has to be 2 nights...because of this foolish planning...we had to take a nightmarish night journey from lachung to gangtok...Totally risky from our family point of view...tour operator cannot be greedy in terms of asking money for anything extra..or arm twisting.. before confirming anything
Because of ur poor planning we left at 6 p.m...from Lachung..wherein all the fellow drivers of the opposite side vehicles were asking...are u guys insane..I cannot compromise with safety of my family..but we were at ur mercy...
All hotel properties except gangtok..were really bad...I mean we cud have paid more but wud have definitely wanted much better properties
Cost of tour is important but not at the cost if having nightmare tour..poor itenary and below average food..
Lachung hotel was not good...maybe coz of the location...but even half of the food was always cold...as I checked on MMT...the reviews for other hotels were better...I mean we cud have paid...for a decent property...I didn't get geyser water for bath....reception was non responsive
Peling hotel..was quite bad..in terms of distance..far flung away from market place...food again average...no lift...but yes inside the room was decent
N now the last alaya hotel...OMG...being in darjelling how can someone afford to operate a hotel without working receptionist..
My room flush was not working the plumber came after lot of follow up...repaired unsuccessful...as problem again happened next day..with ladies how do u manage with a non working flush..no choice..we had to fill bucket and put in the commode..imagine that...
When plumbers came they made the whole washroom dirty .. again follow up with reception to clean...Food menu gets repeated..it gets prepared with what group tour of 25 ppl says
Second day when I asked alaya hotel guys to clean the room..it was done..but used bathing towels not picked up...REASON NO FRESH TOWELS...AS TOWELS DIDN'T DRY...ARE we running some..circus here..
I feel cheated..in terms of over charging..poor properties...poor food..poor planning...lack of professionalism...
Lastly this is the first time I am seeing..tour operator having no control over drivers...for nathula pass..we had to wait almost 3 hrs for the other vehicle to arrive..till that time we were sitting cramped in one vehicle..
Very casual approach...I am sorry to say...

No manners of speaking.
Especially these two fellas Laxman and Bikash they are the worst people I have ever met in my life.

Horrible experience with this Travel Agency,
A planned trip to Gangtok, Nathula, Lachung and Darjeeling We where 24 paxs including senior persons, which we have mentioned almost 10-20 times to plan ac (Read More)cordingly and they done exactly the opposite, worst hotels selection in all the places, worst hotels services worst food and meals, worst transportation and travel selections, everyone is carrying rude behaviour and misbehaving nature. ONLY THE DRIVERS ARE COOPERATIVE AND GOOD IN NATURE, we have to complete this tour anyhow because we have paid all the amount in advance. But we 100% recommend NOT to select this travel agency or travel agent you will suffer very badly and ruined your tour completely.
