Hotel rooms booked are not good. The amenities in the Hotels booked in Ayodya ( Gurudev Palace) are not fulfilled with 3 star amenities. Booking also not confirmed properly by the local agent. Hotel m (Read More)anagement verified the booking repeatedly and made me tense.

Fraud people They make promises and doesn't fulfill, they are after money only , they harass the clients àfter client make full payment . So dont make full advance payment They downgraded the room (Read More)so that customers pay extra money They also say that give the money or we will spoil your client This review is based on my personal experience They dont have an office . They tell lie when I contacted them they said they have an office in NSP delhi But they are just sitting there insomeone's office They will come only when they need money after that they dont even answer calls Company is managed by only 2 people that too un-experienced . They dont provide any invoice also when I demanded they said they will have to ask the CA , And when I said I want a B2B invoice so that I can claim ITC as it was an expense to my company they refused to give me any invoice I was trapped by them They just send you email for the 1st instalment of payment After which they ignore you completely
