Even written promises were not fulfilled.AC of car was rarely on.Premere house boat was to be given but third class house boat in remote area was given.Shikara person was mental and inspite of repeate (Read More)d requests he was not changed.He was smoking and exhaling on the face of kids.He pushed our kid and denied to board the Shikara.Representative never contacted us inspite of our repeated requests.

SIR I KNOW YOU MISSED THE TRAIN BECAUSE THE ROAD WAS CLOSED..YOU WERE VERY HAPPY WHEN YOU MET ME BEFORE LEAVRING FROM KASHMIR... AC WAS NOT USED FOR 2 KMS ONLY AND YOU HAVE MADE THAT AN ISSUE...

They also have a package for h (Read More)oneymoon and also post wedding photoshoot. Newly wed should try on this. you wont regret it. Other then that what i love about them is:
1. Safety on road is insyallah guaranteed because all of the driver drive slow and smooth.
2. Their english spoken very well
3. The tour guide is polite and patient
4. Photography skill is good

Mehraj was our guide cum driver for 6 days travel in shrinagar and kashmir area. We had a family visit during may23. His service , hospitality was extremely well. Its not about seeing kashmir its abo (Read More)ut experience. On day 1 i met personal injury and had broken wrist.he and his manager helped a lot ti take to doctor and stayed all night with me. Relation with him has continued till now and will continue
