Accommodation: The accommodations provided were excellent. We were impressed by the quality of the hotels and resorts selected for our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing environment after a day of exploring.
Transportation: The transportation arrangements were seamless. The vehicles were modern, comfortable, and always punctual. Our drivers were courteous and knowledgeable, ensuring smooth transfers between destinations.
Tour Guides: Our tour guides were outstanding. They were extremely knowledgeable about the history, culture, and landmarks of Vietnam. Their passion for their country was evident, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience.
Itinerary: The itinerary was well-planned and comprehensive, allowing us to experience the highlights of Vietnam. We appreciated the balance between structured activities and free time to explore independently. Each day offered something new and exciting, providing us with a diverse perspective of the country. Only suggestion is about the month of travel. I would recommend to avoid visiting Vietnam in the Month of April. It was hot and humid.
Customer Service: Throughout the booking process and during the tour itself, your team provided excellent customer service. Our inquiries were promptly addressed, and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. It was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority for your company.
Overall, our Vietnam tour with Vimal Hospitalities exceeded our expectations. We returned home with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for the beauty and culture of Vietnam. Worst Travel Experience – Highly Unprofessional & Rude Behavior
I booked a trip to Ayodhya and Varanasi for my parents with this travel agency, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Initiall (Read More)y, they were very friendly and responsive until I made the full payment (which they demanded 15 days before the trip). However, once the trip started, their service completely changed.
1. Driver Not Available & Poor Coordination – They promised to share the driver’s contact before the trip. However, on the day of pickup, the driver was unresponsive early in the morning, leaving my parents stranded.
2. Extremely Rude & Disrespectful Behavior – When I called the agency to resolve the issue, the owner was very rude and disrespectful, especially towards me as a woman. He even told me to "shut down your phone and stop calling." This is completely unacceptable!
3. No Updates on Flight Delays – There was a flight delay, but they did not inform us at all. We had to figure it out ourselves.
4. Zero Customer Support After Payment – Once they received the full amount, they stopped caring about our concerns. They ignored my calls and failed to provide the service they had promised.
Final Verdict:
This agency is highly unprofessional, rude, and unreliable. They only care about taking your money and do not bother about the customer experience. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND booking any trips with them. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable agency instead!!

During the planning stage of trip, "Tushar Sathe " helped us in planning the trip as per our requirements, all questions answered so quickly and hotels booked as per our requirements. Whatever is explained during the planning is really available. Thank you very much "Tushar " for the nice planning. All the details are taken care as per our requirements.
Next, we would like to say "Special Thanks " from the bottom of the heart " for your Team it was very best support, co-ordination and helping us throughout the trip. During the trip, my daughter had some injury and needed immediate medical attention. Our Driver Justin did a great job in finding the local hospital so quickly with his local contacts and helped us in getting the required medical treatment quickly on a Sunday afternoon. He is always punctual. He is an experienced, excellent and safe driver. We felt like, we were well looked after and taken care in the new places. Along with him, we felt like we were the "locals" in all the new places and did not depend on others/mediators. He always managed to help us and find whatever we were looking for.
We would like to say "Vimal Hospitality" are very good, safe and customer friendly. We will recommend to our family and friends for sure.
