Typhoon Texas is a series of water parks in Texas; currently, it operates in two locations: Austin and Katy, Houston. It is equipped with a lazy river, 33 slides, a 27,000-square-foot wave pool, and two kid’s attractions. The Duelin’ Daltons, Monster Storm, Howdy Hollow, and the Double T Bar are some of the major attraction rides.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown is located in Spring, north of Houston. It is one of the oldest waterparks in the area being functional since 1984. Spread over 48 acres, it has two pools, nine water slides, and two children’s areas. The Six Flags is equipped with pools where you can relax and enjoy the day.

Calypso Cove is one of Baytown’s Caribbean-themed water parks. It offers a zero-entry pool, slide towers, spray guns, lap pool, water crossing activities, covered picnic areas, and much more. The Calypso Cove is usually uncrowded throughout the year, suitable for those looking for a quiet getaway.

The Falcon Ranch in Katy houses a splash pad and a pool where you and your family can enjoy an afternoon filled with fun water activities. The splash pad is open to the public free of cost. One card grants access to four members of a group/family and children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult of over 18 years. Other amenities include a playground and a tennis court.

Kathrine McGovern Play Waterpark, located within the Houston Zoo spans up to 13,500 square feet in size. The park is notable for its eco-friendly design; it is equipped with touch sensors that activate the water feature when stepped on, conserving both water and electricity.

The Pirates Bay Waterpark covers more than 3 acres and is the larger Caribbean-themed water park in Baytown. It is a seasonal, family-friendly resort-style park furnished with a lazy river, a large dumping bucket, an array of spray nozzles, slides, water guns, and towers. Other than these, the park is equipped with a climbing wall, crossing challenges, and a pool.

The Waterpark at Riverstone with a lushly landscaped swimming complex and waterfalls is a resort-style community pool. It is located within the Club at Riverstone, a recreation centre for Riverstone residents. The Waterpark is equipped with twisting water slides, spray elements, a zero-entry lagoon, a splash pad, and a pool with shaded lounge seats.

Adventure Island Waterpark is a resident-only waterpark located within the Cross Creek Ranch. It is small in size yet fun-filled with lap lanes for swimming, a 140-foot tall water slide, a splash pad, a wading pool, tanning shelves with water jets, and a shaded deck area for relaxing.

Grand Texas Theme Park is a one-stop amusement cum entertainment park with dining and shopping options. It is situated near Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport, about nine miles north of it. Rob Fleming Aquatic Center is an award-winning pool located in the Village of Creekside Park. It houses a lazy river with a strong current, a splash pad, water slides, a plunge pool, shallow play areas for toddlers, and swimming lanes. The center is a popular spot within the neighbourhood to cool down, relax, and enjoy time with family

Timings: Ranges from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. But it is seasonal and varies often. So it is recommended to check their website before visiting.

The Strawberry Waterpark is located within the Strawberry city park of Pasadena. It is equipped with water cannons, a lazy river, slides, cabanas with privacy drapes, and a dumping Bucket. The park is small in size and also the crowd here tends to be less. After 4 pm the entry fee is priced at half its original price.

Cinco Ranch Water Park is located within the Cinco Ranch, a planned community residence. There are a total of 11 pools in Cinco I and Cinco II, and access to these pools is granted through a member pool key. Visitors are welcomed here in the presence of a resident at all times and a maximum limit of 4 guests is allowed per household.

It is equipped with a lazy river, a wave pool, slides, a water playground, a splash pad, a sandy beach, and a volleyball court.
