Czech Republic permits citizens of EU Countries to stay in the country for up to 3 months without any requirement for visa. Citizens of the Irish Republic and UK can stay in the country for 6 months without visa where as a stay of a month is allowed fir nationals of Canada and USA without visa. For citizens of all other countries need to obtain visa that can be received at diplomatic missions of the Czech Republic located in the applicantÕs nation, which are usually issued for time period of between month and three month. The Schengen visa is usually required for tourism and is valid for 90 days. The cost for visa application ranges between free to EUR 70 depending upon the nationality of the application. One needs to apply for the visa at least 15 days before the travel date.
