    Beautiful decorations for Christmas, great pizza restaurant, good breakfast.
    Our beds were really bad. They need to be replaced.

    Great ambience and staff
    Wonderful ambiance. The staff is really friendly and the hotel offers a shuttle to downtown, which is s great service. We enjoyed so much our stay and loved the charm of Eureka Springs.

    The history of the hotel was incredible. I loved the original architecture, and the facilities were amazing.
    I had a room with a balcony and I could not get the room warm. I closed the balcony door with the shutters, curtains, and both locks and it somehow managed to come open in the middle of the night. This is not the property, or staffs fault. It was just an inconvenience.

    Perfect for extended family holiday gathering. A kitchen for making coffee and warming muffins before heading out to explore the town. Shuttle was a blessing! Hotel hosted a variety of activities for all ages. The units are tucked in the hillside, and the design reminded us of Thorncrown Chapel.
    Our unit didn't have a working hottub, although it was advertised. The family was very disappointed. We stayed here two years ago and some of the furniture is beginning to show a lot of wear.
