Disappointing

Poor guest experience

We cannot recommend this hotel.

Very poor design. Toilet one metre from bed separated by glass panel with hole for handle and no extractor. In bar area with noise outside all night and poor internal sound insulation - hearing toilets flushing and other people ell night.

Exceptional

We definitely want to stay there on our next visit to Lisbon.

The lobby is so warm and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was the perfect size with a nice big window. The shower was really nice! Way bigger than expected. It even had a rain shower head. Its nicer than my own bathroom! The exposed brick and wood gave it that urban loft feel. It was so adorable.

We liked everything.

Keep away from this hotel if you want to rest and sleep!!

Friendly staff!

The location is for who what's to get drank and go to clubs as you can the loud music form outside.. If you want to sleep and rest, please keep away from this hotel!!!!

Keep away if you want to rest / sleep

The staff is friendly and the room seems spacious but the reception is very poor ( need to upgrade)

The location is bad for those who wants to sleep and rest as the hotel is located right the clubs and bares which fully of people around drank. I won't recommend this hotel.
