Basic hotel, but great for the price you pay.

Location was amazing, right on the beach, plenty around it but also quiet.

Wi-Fi was pretty poor.

Exceptional

The staff were awesome!! The location was great, literally 1min to Patong beach. Rooms were fantastic value, clean, good air con and powerful showers.

The TV signal was poor and beds a little to hard for me, but other than that, excellent choice!

Nice location close to beach and restaurants.

Housekeeping stuff was very noisy the doors were slamming by them since 6:30 am. 200 thb per person for breakfast doesn't really worth, also eating area very dirty. Bed and pillows not very comfortable .

Adequate but not exceptional, the location is the draw card here

Property is only a 10-15min walk to Bangla road and even closer to Patong beach and all the food carts/markets that come with it. The room was quite spacious

The 3rd bed we were provided in our 3 person room was a tiny rollaway bed, it wasnt terrible but just was not what we were expecting. Our room was not cleaned or freshened up throughout our 3 night stay, we expected this for the money we paid and what we had experienced throughout Thailand so far. We were only provided with 1 room key even though1 person in our party checked in several hours later (while others were out at dinner). Our group often did things separately and this became an issue to only have access to one key to go back and forth to the room

The 7Q Hotel felt a bit rundown but a great location with friendly staff.

Great location and close to the beach. The staff were always super friendly and helpful.

There were no reading lamps. The toilet door was difficult to close and open. The door to the balcony was extremely difficult to open and close and lock.The toilet roll dispenser was broken. The water was never hot in the shower.

Perfect.

The room was enough big, the location was very good, pool is nice and the workers in the reception was kind.

The water in the bathroom was flowing a little. The air conditioning working good but It was working a little noisy.

I'd advise to find somewhere else where staff talk SOME english

Breakfast was a joke and terrible. Pool was clean but untidy. Room was ok but the staff were obviously new and kept forgetting what to put in rooms so going to reception to get WC paper, dry towels was a daily exercise. Would not stay there again. We were told reception internet was 5g and fast...it never worked. We had to travel elsewhere to use the internet which was just a bit critical to our trip.1/10

It's a budget hotel with very welcoming staff. Beach is just 5 minutes to walk. Breakfast is good.

Location is good, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Small pool at terrace was clean. You can view the beach from terrace. Breakfast is good. The staff are very helpful with always smile face.

The furniture of the room is old and not in good condition. The decoration in the room is just okay. The steps of the stairs are stiff enough.
