The pillows were fluffy. The location is superb, close to where the action is.

The breakfast was kinda bland. The aircon could use more fine tuning.

Staff - very friendly and helpful Pool - great size and depth Location - close to shops, beach, bars and restaurants

Hotel in a perfect place and close to all bars, the beach and amenities. Rooms were very clean and staff are very friendly and attentive, you always get welcomed with a smile!

Good location staff, needs proper shower in room

Staff were good. Joy the hotel manager was very good always addressed any concerns right away. Good location pool is great shame not many solo travellers so the foam party was cancelled each week. Bed nice and firm.

There needs to be a proper closed off shower. Every shower the bathroom would flood. The first 3 days when i requested clean sheets they were stained, i addressed this with the manager who took care of it. 1 if the days right next to my room without any notice construction work and filing banging started 8am till midday. They should not start this veggie 1130 being a late night party place that patong is.
