    There was no bar in the hotel which is most unusual except for the little area in reception. Had to move several times at pool area to get the sunshine

    A great stay but some aspects were disappointing
    Staff, location , clean, food
    Rooms and hallways are tired and need a facelift, paying for the safe and parking is unacceptable

    I would have liked to eat more local foods during breakfast, lunch and dinner but everything was good

    Lovely holiday with my wife.
    All inclusive . Food was good. Drinks from bar also good.
    Coffee was horrible. Maybe new coffeemakers will help.

    They call this a gym it is 2023
    I liked the food the pool area the cleaning staff was nice and the entertainment team where good the rooms nice also
    The gym was the worst i have ever seen there's was nothing in there. One broken bike some treadmill from 1980 and 6 hand weight the heaviest was 4kg. When people go on holiday they want to have a good gym I have find a gym and pay for it when I thought in was in the hotel. The staff at in the lobby where not polite at all

    Pool, food, cleaning staff were all very welcoming always spoke.
    The smoking area. There wasn't enough information given at check-in - no info on check out times, there was a lady on reception that told me she couldn't call or book us a taxi as she didn't have a number yet all other reception booked one for us. The floors were all very slippery. No drinks menus out.

    Fun and relaxing holiday
    Gorgeous hotel, very clean, nice design, extremely kind and helpful staff, amazing food, entertainment was also great!
    Very cold pools, I was able to spend only 15 minutes and only once, even the ocean was warmer. Would be great to enjoy heated pools!

    Disappointing
    No what we expected.
    Staff were very friendly.The room was nice and cleaned.
    The swimming pool wasnt cleaned and very dated.Not enough sun loungers for everyone.Also we booked it as a 4 stars but in fact was only 3.
