The view from the balcony, the huge suite, the brightness of the suite, the cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the staff, fridge and kettle for tea making, huge sunny balcony.

Very good

Very good value for money with a couple of tweaks. Would definitely return.

Spacious, friendly staff, rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Location was great - very central.

Pillows weren't the best and there was only 1 each. There was no iron on site or tea or coffee in the room.

try to avoid any hotel facing directly the Yumbo, if you wish to sleep a bit.

location is good, very central. the rooms are large, with a terrasse overlooking pool or sunbeds.

the noise at night is extreme: on the front side (entry door), the hotel SERVATUR is having a show every night between 22h00 and midnight. you can hear very well all the songs played. on the back side, you are in front of the Yumbo, and noise starts only after midnight, until 3am . so earplugs highly recommended. I knew it would be noisy, but not to that point (earplugs were not sufficient). I wonder how authorities and people living around Yumbo accept this. The personnel is present but not very interactive, except the cleaning ladies that are really efficient and friendly. overall the rooms would need some renovations, as the bathroom and furnitures are old fashioned, dating from the 80s. I asked a quiet room, but I am afraid there is no quiet room in this hotel.

Nice overall but overpriced for what we had

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The bottle of bubbly for Christmas was a lovely touch

The decor is very tatty and didnt reflect the photos Id seen when booking. The walls were thin and we could hear the people next door very clearly. There was a loud noise a few times a day, I think something to do with the pool and I assume the pump was under our room. I think for 1200+ I expected more

I had a very good stay and definitely I'll be back!

The views from my balcony were really stunning.

It didn't matter much, but I couldn't get the TV in the living room to work properly (I could only listen to audio) but since the set in the bedroom worked perfectly, it really wasn't an issue. Also I liked a lot having a Ritual-decorated scale in the bathroom, but it didn't work (batteries, probably) although I was perfectly happy not knowing my weight. I know I could have asked the staff for batteries, but I chose not to. I forgot to mention the detail to the reception desk, I should have.
