    We really liked the hotel; it's very close to the train station within walking distance. We explored all the tourist attractions with just 2-3 stops, as everything is conveniently located nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful. We would have been pleased if there were slippers in the room. The hotel is large and beautiful; we especially liked the building. The room was adequately sized and provided coffee and tea facilities.
    We enjoyed our trip; however, we found the breakfast a bit limited. It would have been great if they offered more variety. Also, the check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM didn't suit us well. 3 PM seems quite late, and 11 AM is a bit early for check-out. Despite this, they were helpful with luggage storage. Overall, the hotel met our expectations, and we were satisfied.

    The personell who are taking care of us and the location of the place was good.
    During reservation there was no indication about the room we are getting was located in basement. It was darker and more gloomy than the pictures shown.

    We liked the hotel so much! It's warm and cozy! Nice staff, great location..., everything's just wonderful! We had a wonderful, unforgettable Christmas vacation in Strasbourg!!

    The staffs were friendly., the location was easy to find and easy to cover the main attraction in strasbourg. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable with heating. The overall stay was good.

    We arrived late night and there was no water (even at the lobby) rooms were so small. There was a huge hair ball in the shower. t was disgusting.
