    Hotel is in perfect location just in front of the cathedral Staff really nice and helpful. Rooms are clean. Mine was the small room. It is really small pne but i like it frankly

    Great base to visit the fantastic Christmas markets and the wonderful cathedral.
    Lovely quaint hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Its location close to the cathedral was just perfect especially for visiting the Christmas markets. Really nice cafe, part of the hotel, served an excellent buffet breakfast. Very quiet during the night so we had great sleeps.
    This didnt affect us but in an old building with multiple steps its probably not ideal for mobility impaired guests.

    Did not meet my expectations
    Great location , easy access to all tourist attractions. The both ladies in reception was very friendly and they guided me about the inner city and touristic places. Bathroom was clean and renovated.
    Hotel obviously needs renovation. Furnitures are so old. I stayed single but room was very small even for me. The shampoo and hand soap must be changed because their smell was awful. Breakfast was under my expectation. There was no vegetable options like tomato, lettuce or cucumber. It served some meat options but it was not good options for vegetarians. Also you expect the staff can be able to speak a few words in English or want to have some small talks when you are a tourist. But unfortunately she (at restaurant) didn't speak English. Since I also didn't talk in French, so the lady from the reception helped me about my order.. It was actually weird. Unfortunately I do not recommend to stay.

    Outstanding breakfast! And kind staff. The bed was also comfortable and the room was cozy. Lovely location too, especially for anyone visiting Strasbourg for the first time - right in the heart of the city.
    My room was noisier than I'd hoped, partly due to traffic but mainly due to inconsiderate guests who had turned the TV up very loud after 11 pm - fortunately the receptionist dealt with it promptly but the rooms are certainly far from soundproof.
