Food ,Staff and location excellent.
Room excellent but I was on the ground floor and there was no privacy as the footpath was right outside balcony which didn't have a border around it.Go for a first or second floor suite.

Nice place, staff are lovely, decent facilities, pizza was nice in the buffet, great location I like that side of Puerto del Carmen
Food is average in general, I hadn't been to an all inclusive for a while I was reminded why. It's a beautiful place pools are nice but the food bar the bread and pizzas is a bit mmeeh. The staff are amazing and if you just want breakfast etc this place is fine.

too many stairs, need to add more ramps so that heavy suitcases do not need to be carried up and down stairs

Good Hotel in good location
Stayed in a junior suite in a quiet location within the complex. Breakfast and dinner were good.
