I love The superior room I loved the breakfast buffet I love that I was right beside metagoras shopping centre and the beach views and I love that the staff were extremely finally to people and helpful

Really cant think about anything we liked. This place is a joke.
We payed 220 euro a night for a room that overlooked parking and was located above bar/restaurant, so all the noise and the cigarettes smoke was in the room. We asked to change the room when we checked in, and even though there was room available (we learned later), they didnt want to move as that day.
As mentioned by other reviews, the hotel is located next to the airport, so you do hear planes all the time.
The breakfast was basic and most food didnt taste good at all.
I really wouldnt recommend this place if you have other options.

Great location on beach, comfortable room, good selection of food, Reception Staff very helpful.
Hotel Reception staff were very efficient and helpful especially Yakik who was most helpful in locating my mobile phone when I misplaced it. Breakfast, dinner and room were all very good.
Restaurant staff on the floor are not very friendly at the evening meal. And can I suggest that a Notice be placed at the Soft Drinks Dispensers in the restaurant at the evening meals to remind customers that are staying at the hotel on 'half-board' option that any 'soft' drinks (orange juice, coca-cola, water etc.) consumed are not included in this package and therefore must be paid for on their way out of the restaurant after the meal. Otherwise, as I have witnessed myself, unnecessary confusion and embarrassment is caused to the customers. Thank you.

Had a nice stay, Hotel is nice.
Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Towels changed everyday. Pool area was nice, plenty of sun loungers.
Could have had a better selection and availability of food on offer for all inclusive. A lot of repetition on the menu in the buffet restaurant.

I am a coeliac, food choice was very limited. I felt as I was a solo traveller and had to pay for a twin room and was only one person eating it was very expensive, given that all my choices were limited to 1 meat, 1 fish and salad, even fries weren't gluten free.

Lovely Stay In Lanzarote
I stayed at Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa for 7 nights/8 days and I felt very comfortable and cared for at all times. Overall, the hotel staff is very attentive and friendly.
Reception colleagues changed my room due to noisy entertainment, they also provided me with a Kettle, Iron/Iron Board and Late Check Out; special mention to Luisana, Cristina, Carmen & Estefana.
Service at the restaurant was excellent. Antonio, the chef, made a delicious homemade vegetable soup each night! Thanks to Victor, Lucas, Alfonso and also to the extended restaurant team.
Housekeeping team was rather accomodating providing me with extra pillows, special thanks to Piedad & Yamile.
Maria, from Guest Service, shared many recommendations and advised regarding day trips, sightseeing and also local restaurants. Thank you for your lovely chat!
Everything was impeccable!
In addition, I chose this hotel because of its location, you can go directly to the beach to swim or take a nice stroll to Puerto del Carmen or other sites nearby.
