Eric, clean comfortable rooms, nice staff, noticeably greedier management in charge of setting slots

We stay there quite often and always seem to be welcomed by Eric at the registration desk. He always puts a smile on our face. Thank you

Slots seemed to be turned down the last few months like they were when the casinos were fighting Prop 27. Really takes the fun out of the gaming experience.

Always starts off with Erics smile at the front desk. He always sets the tone for us. Housekeeping does a great job. Always clean. Rooms are well laid out.

Casino staff was rude - specifically at the roulette table and registration.

Location is convenient and the room and bathroom were very nice. However the staff was rude and not helpful. We purchased park and ride and waited 45 mins - and ended up missing beginning of the basketball game. Very upset about and staff kept saying the game was at 1:30 not 1pm and - dont worry youll be on time. No one seemed to care enough to confirm and my family and I were late for an event we had been really looking forward to.

Evening staff was extremely rude. When checking in we were told we could get water at registration any time so before before heading back to the room after an evening Im the casino I stopped to get three mini bottles of water for my two kids and I and was told I could only have two and would have to walk to a bar to get one more mini bottle of water. That was ridiculous- I asked if she could please make an exception this one time for the three of us and she refused.
