Disappointing overnight stay in a great town

Proximity to tourist areas. Room was clean.

Air conditioning did not work in the middle of summer. Parking was confusing to find with very little signage to assist. Not good value for money in my view.

Good location, lovely facilities

The Noise level from passage is very higj....you can hear people walk pass your room , and cleaners talking load , its very disturbing

Staff were friendly

The light bulb in the lamp shade for the side table didn't work Room 422 is adjacent to the room where cleaning materials are kept and the door kept being opened and banged closed when people walked in and out , we actually only ended up staying one night due to this noise and difficulty relaxing/sleeping in the afternoon or evening
