Disappointed stay

Location ; porters ; reception staff ; breakfast staff

1- kettle and freezer not working although I called maintenance and reception, but no one came to resolve issues 2- bathroom extraction was not working 3- breakfast chef was only one working during peak morning time which another chef came along later. Long ques 4- chef maybe need to be more experienced and qualified with additional training for attending to breakfast menus for all 5-

Exceptional

We had lagoon facing rooms which I would definitely recommend, the upper floors if possible. The outside area had a lovely pool and seating area which was very relaxing. Walking out of the hotel you are right next to a number of restaurants and shops. The rooms themselves are very modern, spacious, and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel.
