    Modern, clean, great facilities and very nice staff.
    Modern hotel with great facilities. Parking, bar, clean, nice staff, wi-fi, games, even playstation for kids. I would stay here again for sure.
    It was not a big deal, but the breakfast could be a bit better. Despite that there is enough options of food.

    fast check in and check out for those who leave vary early, there is a possibility to have breakfast at the airport food court rooms are neat and well equipped group shuttle to the airport is provided at a modest cost
    Although the hotel is only 4 km away from the airport, it is not accessible by foot or any public transportation other than taxi, which costs EUR 30 for a 7-minute ride.

    The room was amazing, comfortable and very clean. I liked the breakfast buffet!
    The location is ideal if you are staying only for one night. Otherwise getting to Bologna can be a bit tricky because the buses don't go very often and they stop very early in the evening.
    The restaurant of the hotel was very average, I was expecting something better from a 4-star hotel. I didn't like that the shower temperature had a limit at 38 degrees, even if it seems weird I enjoy hot showers (yes, even hotter than 38).

    It was clean and the property arranged us a taxi as well for our early morning flight on the 1st of Jan.
    The sink in the bathroom was clogging. Hence we could not use the sink at all.

    BELONGINGS STOLEN FROM HOTEL ROOM BY CLEANERS!!
    DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL! Your belongings will be stolen!! My mother stayed for 4 nights and on the day of departure she realised her belonings had be stolen by someone from the cleaning company. We immidiately ran to the reception to make a complaint. ZERO reaction. Zero care. The only thing we were told is that "the cleaners are from an external company and we do not know them". Nothing was written down. No solution offered to try and find the culprid or amend for the damages. Manager REFUSED to talk to us! Receptionist "Lorenzo" refused to give us the name of the Hotel Manager as well as his E-Mail. Lorenzo also refused to write anything down and give us a proof of our complaint. He said that the Hotel Manager didnt let him write any complaint down and thus he couldnt even give us a document regarding the theft. Google reviews is full of similar cases!! Thieves and liars! We have made a full complaint to the local Carabinieri.

    Comfortable rooms but a rude waiter
    The rooms were well-furnished. The beds were large and comfortable. The hotel was clean. The ladies in the reception were kind.
    The male waiter in the breakfast was extremely rude. The way he asked our room number and showed the table was suprisingly bad. We didn't understand the reason at all. He served coffee to the table of the Italian couple next to us but not to our table.

    Superb breakfast, had parking space next to room, friendly staff, clean rooms, leisure area/ play area for kids.. even had conference rooms.
    Nothing much.. could easily commute via car.
