    Nice hotel with a stupid payment deposit rule upon check-in.
    A great option. Located very close to Bergamo Airport. The hotel has an absolutely wonderful restaurant for dinner (the food and service were amazing) and good breakfasts. Great size room, well maintained. There is its own parking.
    Upon check-in, you will be charged 150-200 euros as a deposit. In my opinion this is unacceptable at all, this is the first hotel where I encountered this. If you refuse to pay, you may be denied entry.

    Excellent and comfortable.
    The property is located close to the airport where you can get any transport to everywhere, staff very nice and helpful. The shuttle service very convenient. Room was very nice.
    There was nothing to not like.

    Absolutely everything! Ill tell you quick story , Ive book room for my mom she liked so much . My mom had birthday at on the next day . Ive asked the staff to make something small ( improvisation ) to surprise her . They did it , she was so surprised and happy that you have to be proud of your staff and the attitude they have . My mom : everyone was polite reception and breakfast staff , all clean , everything in order , the bed comfortable . Thank you so much
    Everything is perfect with the property ! There is only one thing that annoys me. If the hotel bus , cant lift you up from airport ( due to some reasons ) the taxi cost 20-25 euro for 3km or approx 7-10 min driving . The hotel bus cost 5 euro. Thats make taxi like approx 5 times or ( 500%) more expensive the be hotel bus.

    Generally it's a good hotel. The room is quite large, there are tea facilities in the room. Excellent transfer to the airport for 5 euros per person. Service at the reception is normal.
    Unfortunately the phone service was terrible. I couldnt find the entrance to the hotel because I entered from the other side. I called the hotel and asked where the main entrance is. In response they simply hung up. It was very unpleasant to start staying in this hotel with such a fact. I had to walk around the entire building in a circle, it just took some time. The hotel has a spa, which is good not bad . Maybe I'm too demanding, I don't know... The spa here is small. There is no shampoo and conditioner, there is only shower gel, which was somewhat disappointing. I'm used to spas having everything you need in the shower in such a place.

    The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel feels warm and welcoming and the room was clean and had everything we needed. It is in the airport area and it was great to have shuttle to airport.
