Exceptional

All the staff made as feel welcome, since the moment we made the check-in to the sad moment we had to leave. The bedding was very cozy and comfortable. I would definitily come back in the future

good for a night stay near the airport

really modern and bright reception area, staff were helpful in ordering us a taxi at 4am and asking if we needed a wake up call etc.

if you are in room 301 youre right by the lift which dings all night with people coming up & down - the rooms were also a little dated but nothing major

Passable hotel not too far from the airport.

One of the few passable hotels reasonably close to Bergamo airport. Not bad as such but also not great. Free parking is a bonus

The rooms are not realy soundproof and and I expected it to be closer to the airport. It is rated as 4 star but in my opinion it should be a three. rooms could do with a fresh lick of paint. I did not have a chance to try breakfast due to an early check out.

Pleasant

Nice hotel, with character and very well-decorated common areas.

The rooms are pretty basic. There was no hot water at my arrival late evening, the phone in the room was broken, and the reception did not manage to respond and do anything about the problem.
