Exceptional

amazing hotel, lovely staff and good location

Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel room were perfect, better than we expected. The notes left with biscuits on arrival and little box of chocolates for new years eve were a nice touch. Definitely would recommend and return.

This hotel is in a great location its a real shame that the building works spoiled the stay.

Room comfortable although a little small. Breakfast was very good. Great choices and fresh.

We were NOT advised that refurbishment work would be under way during our stay. To our surprise we were awoken at 7 am on our first morning by the noise from the builders work. This carried on throughout the days and therefore we could not relax in our room. We did mention this to the reception staff who did not offer an apology only said that it would be ongoing for another 3 months.

Bergamo weekend

The room was very clean and the location was good with lots of bus connections to the centre of the old town.

The bar is a franchaise and only operates during the day. When I asked the receptionist about why the bar was closed, he said there is nothing he can do. This hotel claims it has 4 stars, therefore I would expect a little more on service and facilities.

Superb

Good location and a quiet place.

Less than 10 minutes walking to the central main station and a bus stop (for the airport bus) across the street. A 15 minutes walk from the funicular to the citt alta. Lots and good restaurants around and a few nice tourist atractions. Good sized room. Clean too. Very quiet place. Nice staff.

The bathroom door doesn`t offer a lot of privacy - noise wise. The pillows were to thin and hard but that`s just a personal taste thing.
