    The property was clean and very professional the staff was lovely and helpful anything you needed they try their best to get it done.

    Goog place to stay, tasty food :)
    Really liked meal offer, every day was different and tasty food. Every day we have new towels. Bed was comfy, lot of pillows.
    Room floor was bit sticky (maybe from special cleaning chemical or maybe it was just dirty) in room was dust and in corners crumbs.

    Great stay in lovely room.
    The reception staff were very helpful and polite. Bar man was always happy and pleasant. Room was lovely.
    Gym .....equipment broken and free weights missing or broke. Doesn't cost a lot to replace Weights ?

    Great location. Good bar at night, nice pool area. Rooms clean and tidy with balcony
    Staff werent very helpful. Bar lacked atmosphere. Noisy at night until about 4/5am

    Location was perfect, as it's only a few minutes to the beach, main centre and bus station.
    Safe in room wasn't working but staff arranged for it to be fixed the following day. A/C unit in the room wasn't very user friendly.

    Great location for the Lloret de Mar hustle & bustle. Room was nice, with pool view & private bathroom. Pool, spa & gym facilities looked great, but we didn't stay long enough to try them. Staff were very accommodating & polite. Car park under hotel at a cost of 15 per night. Overall, very happy with our stay.
    No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
