Worst experience for premium price, too far to travel an hour away from the attractions.

It is amazing how the first person you meet narrates your whole experience. I went to check in and they did not have my reservation, I did everything that the receptionist asked of me, turns out he gave me the run around for almost. 4 hours, this is unacceptable. Gave him everything he asked, but he deliberately delayed me causing me to wait outside in the rain calling everyone I arrived at Al Hambra at 1744 and did not get checked in my room until 2105. The receptionist deliberately delayed my checking in and the worst thing was it was cold and raining and I became ill which ruined my whole trip. There are many lodgings in Orlando, KEEP away from this facility if you want to enjoy your trip, turns out I did not see anyone or any cars at Al Hambra, makes sense why. Worst experience ever and DO NOT tell them you are a veteran as the receptionist got kicked out of the Army and now hates all military personnel. Save your money and health!

Hire more professional personnel and train them correctly, there are many good employees out there, just do the leg work to acquire them. I paid a resort fee, but they had nothing for the fee? The resort fee is a scam!
