    The FantasyWorld Resort is praised for its great location, loved by children for its pools and lazy river, and loved by adults for the spa tubs. The full kitchen was convenient and the updates were a (Read More)ppreciated. However, the mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. The resort has a great water park, but the main pool heater was down. The front desk staff and housekeeping were reliable. The resort is a bit outdated, but clean and accommodating. The lazy river, hot tubs, and beach-style pool entry were family-friendly. The food and drinks were pricey, but the hamburger was the best.

    Overall the stay was good.
    I saw a couple of water bugs in the room but nothing to be alarm of. Also, some of the bed sheets looked dirty.

    Dont think we will be going back.
    The insides of the condos were nice. The guy that checked us in was very nice. The small pool was heated and very nice.
    The out sides were beat up and screens were missing from the back porch. The main pool wasnt heated. The water slide hours 10am to pool close, We went to the main area and the water slides were not even going. I went up front and asked and they said they dont have the staff for it today. I also asked the front desk for some beach towels and she was very rude and said that it is our responsibility to keep and maintain the ones we got when we first got there. We hung them outside to dry and went to the beach that day and it rained all day there. She finally gave us 3 towels so that our kids could swim after being very rude.

    The amenities and the water park

    Aaesome stay.
    The front desk staff was exceptional. The bedrooms are both on the second floor for anyone that is handicapped. The overall villa was nice and great for a family. The lazy river and slide, along with gym and gameroom, are nice on site. The waahed and dryer was convenient and also located on the second floor. The villa was clean and conveniently located near many activities besides Disney. Great location.

    That I had to pay more money to stay their because my first booking was cancel and I wasn't told until I arrived and villa was not that clean toilet didn't flush shower pole was down and light had to be replaced ,find last day I found mold around bath tub
