Not recommended for a family.

Suit room which they call, is 3 bedroom, hall and 2 bathroom. Its an apartment. Good if 2 or 3 family stays together. Within 5 min walk there are many shops but due to large scale road work and construction it was horrible to walk around with kids.

Appeared very unprofessional, the reception is more of a security room, with the only staff a household help, who has no idea of the locality and speaks only Hindi. So if you are a set of bachelors hanging out in Chennai, this may be good whereas for a family, there is virtually no support and things can go wrong, particularly the night time. It was far below our expectations and though we paid for 2 night stay we opted to checkout the next day. We informed the manager(only available on the phone) within an hour of checking in, that we are not comfortable and want to move out. Requested for a refund which was agreed as 50% after many talks- he wasn't answering our call afterwards until we called from a different number 2 3 days later- is yet to be given. No front desk. No food provisions except for a kitchen run-in near by, which we didn't like.

Ramu gave us tea and coffee and Manager arranged a vehicle.

Location and cleanliness.. there were cockroaches roaming in the bathroom.. sofa was not vacuumed.. found it difficult to locate..

cheap, and still not worth it. better conditions in eccomy class on the plane.

no one was there at check in (although they were warned Id be early in the morning). I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to wake up, and when they did they wanted me to pay exact change and do paperwork. no one was there when I checked out. very basic. No soap in the shared shower for example. No sheet on the bed. the bed was hard like the floor.
