Worth for the comfort not for the food

Your staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful ambience.

Your pure veg restaurant food was disappointing and not up to the mark for the hotel category. The other restaurant which serves buffet breakfast also needs revamp. The latter restaurant was so smelly when you enter.

Disappointing

Citadines stay

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

The hotel didn't have many breakfast options, had to pay Rs. 590 for each day and the food wasn't worth the money. Rooms were extremely small, quite old and overpriced.

Good stay.

Breadfast is good. But items are very few comparing to the other standard star hotels near it. Rooms are quite nice. Clean and comfortable. Very good staffs. All are nice, polite, and very helpful.

Breakfast spread is small. Not an exciting breakfast.

Poor Maintenance, Poorer service

Location was great, facilities was good

I couldn't book the hotel though ASR app even though I'm a member and unfortunately has to book through booking.com, it was kinda disappointing, this is the first time I have seen a poorly maintained citadines, this is my 3rd time staying in a citadines incl one time in singapore. The room was dirty, the curtains, even the doors has some splotches, the walls, the carpet, were dirty almost like a motel. I think they gave me a room but didn't bother to check if it was clean or not. Plus it had an attached door to other room that rattled at night and you could clearly hear all activities of the next room. Over all bad experience.. Now I feel that Indian ASR properties are terribly maintained and shouldn't have 4 star status and the staff needs to stop doing a shoddy job of maintaining the hotel. Not to mention every request had to be made at least 4 times to get it done! Every request or issue had me calling the reception 3-4 times to get done. Absolutely unacceptable!!
