Superb

I enjoyed my stay and was able to stroll down the promenade and took the boat tour to PortoVenere.

The location was great. Near the bus station, the promenade and the shopping area. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food choices. Especially loved the chocolate croissants and the muffins. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful.

The headboard in the room too high that the light switch was difficult to reach. You could cut it shorter so theres no need to stand up to turn off light switch. Provide a bigger trash bin. There were big mosquitoes that kept me awake.

Very good

We liked our stay very much and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

Very good breakfast!

Limited outside parking. Didn't move our rental car for 4 days due to limited parking space! We walking and a few times got a taxi, but overall we liked our stay at the hotel.

Basic accomodation - we slept, ate breakfast and moved on.

We stayed here for just one night during our transfer from Milan to Cinque Terre. Checking in and out was fast. Breakfast was OK, but quite basic. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.

As our purpose was basically just to sleep well and move on, it was a little annoying that the sound proofing of rooms was somewhat poor: We could easily follow the discussion in the next room. If going to Cinque Terre, I would recommend trying to book a place directly in any of the villages, not take the crowded train from La Spezia.

Poor

Everything was clean.

The room was really to small to have the main bed and the child bed, we could barely walk on the room, and the roomin general is old fashion as well as the toilet.

Excellent

Loved the location and also the breakfast, excellent rooftop bar. The staff were all great and helpful.

The common balcony on our floor was used by smokers and the smell of this did come into our room. Also I was surprised to see a guest vaping at reception talking to staff and no one told him to stop. There were signs in most places saying this wasn't allowed.

It is a 3 star hotel and if you book it in advance could be a good price/quality ratio.

nice people at the reception, cleanliness, comfy bad, free parking place nearby.If you pay no more than 120-130 eur/night is a decent choice, otherwise it is overrated.

the way the rooms look, too much floor tiles, the reception and breakfast area need an urgent renovation.I can't remember last time when I saw on the floor linoleum in the reception and breakfast area, outdated old furniture, broken tiles. It is obvious they did not use any designer for the reception area. The breakfast is modest, they use that packaged bread etc
