Superb

I enjoyed my stay and was able to stroll down the promenade and took the boat tour to PortoVenere.

The location was great. Near the bus station, the promenade and the shopping area. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food choices. Especially loved the chocolate croissants and the muffins. The front desk ladies were extremely helpful.

The headboard in the room too high that the light switch was difficult to reach. You could cut it shorter so theres no need to stand up to turn off light switch. Provide a bigger trash bin. There were big mosquitoes that kept me awake.

Very good

We liked our stay very much and the front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

Very good breakfast!

Limited outside parking. Didn't move our rental car for 4 days due to limited parking space! We walking and a few times got a taxi, but overall we liked our stay at the hotel.

Basic accomodation - we slept, ate breakfast and moved on.

We stayed here for just one night during our transfer from Milan to Cinque Terre. Checking in and out was fast. Breakfast was OK, but quite basic. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.

As our purpose was basically just to sleep well and move on, it was a little annoying that the sound proofing of rooms was somewhat poor: We could easily follow the discussion in the next room. If going to Cinque Terre, I would recommend trying to book a place directly in any of the villages, not take the crowded train from La Spezia.
